Before submitting your reservation request, please ensure you have read and agreed to the terms and information below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you have a table reservation, the price constitutes a guaranteed minimum expenditure, which includes admission fees and taxes. The full amount is entirely redeemable for drinks and bottles available on our menu.

We respond to reservation requests within 40 minutes to 8 hours, depending on time zone differences.

You can request pricing for up to 3 different events.

PAYMENTS ❗

Deposit Payment: 50%

1. Payment via link (credit card)
   A PAYMENT LINK will be emailed to you. Once you open the link, you have 45 minutes to finalize the transaction and email back a screenshot of payment.
2. Payment via bank transfer
3. Balance Payment (cash or credit card)
   Before entering the club.

BOOKING POLICY ❗

• Table reservations are valid strictly for the date specified on the guests' confirmation email. Full names of all guests must be entered accurately at the time of the reservation. Any discrepancy between the declared names and the guests' official IDs/Passports may result in denied entry without a refund.
• Confirmation will only be sent to the email address provided during the table reservation. Cavo Paradiso will not forward any communication to alternative email addresses.
• Once a table reservation is complete, Cavo Paradiso will not process requests for name corrections, date changes, or amendments to the registered email address.
• Table reservations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Resale is strictly prohibited. Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to cancel any resold reservations.
• Cavo Paradiso is not responsible for lineup and set times changes.
• Cavo Paradiso is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the event or the guests' ability to attend the event.
• Over 18s policy: Entry is strictly restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
• Security searches may be conducted upon entry.

CANCELLATION POLICY ❗

• If you have a confirmation towards your table reservation, you cannot cancel or amend for any reason except from the case that the dj artist cancels his show of the night you have booked for.
• In this case, you can transfer your table reservation on any other date you like or get fully refunded.

We kindly ask that you review and agree to our Cancellation Policy before completing your booking.

FLOORPLAN ❗

We are not authorized to share the floor plan before deposit payment confirmation.

After we receive the deposit, you gain access to our floor plan and you select your table with the Table Allocations team where you may select to upgrade.

DRESS CODE

Balance between looking chic and being comfortable.

WOMEN: Bodycon skirts, jeans, jumpsuits, and evening dresses are all appropriate attire. Flip-flops and beachwear are not permitted.

MEN: Semi-formal attire is required, including trousers (long or short), shirts, and t-shirts. Swimsuits and flip-flops are not allowed.
